EcoFusion Presentation

Transforming waste Into high value products.

Overview

EcoFusion Technology

This technology transforms waste into high value products, cleaning the environment, without taking raw materials from cooperatives or recycling industries, on the contrary, uses what was not used by them, reducing the destination to the landfill.

It was years of research and millions of dollars’ worth of investment. Today there are already factories in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and the United States. We are present in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Peru, Uruguay, England, Portugal, Uganda, Ghana and Nigeria.

Frequently Asked Questions

We distinguish between “USW” and “USW landfill” because we utilize specialized equipment to remove dirt from the landfill before processing. This differentiation is based on the source of the waste, whether it comes from a collection point or directly from a landfill.
IBSC (Industrial Bio Synthetic Compound) and fertilizer share many similarities, with the primary distinction lying in the feedstock. Fertilizer exclusively utilizes organic waste, while IBSC can incorporate a broader range of feedstocks. The development process for both fertilizer and IBSC follows a similar trajectory. However, IBSC undergoes further refinement into various bioproducts, whereas fertilizer is packaged and distributed directly to the market. Ultimately, the key difference between them lies in the type of waste utilized.
In the heavy oil production process, the IBSC enters the “heavy oil reactor” where it undergoes a thermal conversion process known as pyrolysis. Pyrolysis involves the heating of organic material, such as the IBSC, in the absence of oxygen. This process breaks down the complex organic molecules into simpler compounds, including heavy oils. Through pyrolysis, the IBSC is transformed into heavy oils, which can then be further refined for various industrial applications. This thermal conversion technology is key to the production of heavy oils from IBSC.
Yes, indeed. Storage facilities are provided for one day of production. Additionally, the distillation equipment can be included. At present, the system comprises: multiple IBSC (Bio-synthetic compound) solid fuel production lines. Each line is equipped with a reception belt, bag lacerator, ferrous metal separator, waste grinder with feeding and extraction conveyor, decontamination dryer with gas capture system, filtering and water purification system for reuse, along with an air heating system. Furthermore, the system includes an IBSC reactor with a feeding conveyor, granulometric classification system, pneumatic transport system, storage silos, an oil reactor feeding system, and a heavy oil reactor for the production of heavy oil and carbon black.
The synthetic charcoal (biochar) produced will be incorporated into a blend with IBSC, utilized in the boiler for both steam generation and electricity production. It’s important to note that while blending with charcoal is an option, IBSC alone can serve as fuel. Moreover, biochar can be compressed into briquettes as a coal substitute for various applications. Additionally, biochar exhibits versatility, being applicable in strengthening rubber for tires, acting as a pigment, UV stabilizer, and serving as a conductive or insulating agent across various rubber, plastic, ink, and coating applications.
Yes, indeed. The IBSC line serves as a fundamental component in all other EcoFusion technologies. When investing in any other technology offered, the cost of the IBSC line is already integrated into the overall investment value.
Indeed, the customer’s decision on which model to choose is directly influenced by the type and volume of waste they intend to manage on a daily basis.
Absolutely, the calorific value of IBSC is indeed impacted by the type of waste utilized. If the waste contains higher oil content, the calorific value of IBSC will be correspondingly higher.
The humidity level does indeed impact the size requirements of the dryer used in the process. However, it doesn’t directly affect the calorific power of the IBSC. Typically, industrial waste contains approximately 15% humidity.
• The type of waste being processed does influence the quantity of heavy oil produced. Specifically, when Urban Solid Waste (USW) is utilized, the output of heavy oil is typically reduced compared to using Industrial Solid Waste (ISW) or Agricultural Solid Waste (ASW).
Indeed, the IBSC line is an integral component across all ECOFUSION technologies. When investing in any other technology offered, the cost of the IBSC line is already factored into the overall investment value. This means that when purchasing the LXXX or TXXX Models, for example, the cost of the IBSC Powder machine (Models MSXXX) is included as part of the package.

Yes, the volume of tons per day will impact the size and pressure specifications of turbines and boilers. We typically recommend using specialized boilers that are included in the quotation.

Yes, we have detailed technical presentations available. Additionally, all our electronic components are certified with the “CE” mark.
Our electronic components have been certified with the “CE” mark, ensuring compliance with relevant European standards and regulations.
The percentage of each type of IBSC used in the BSW can be adjusted according to the desired characteristics of the final product. Whether you aim for a more rigid or flexible BSW, this is determined by the specific recipe employed.
For pigmentation, it’s advisable to apply it to the IBSC before it reaches the final reactor. This ensures that the BSW achieves the desired color. Additionally, you can paint the BSW in a similar manner to wood, offering further customization options.
